1. About us.
Align Editions sells ready-made art prints, personalised artwork and bespoke commissions and is part of Align Digital.
2. Products and descriptions.
We aim to describe and display products accurately. Screen colours, crop, scale and product mockups are illustrative and may vary slightly from the physical result. Product pages should state the main size, format and available options.
For personalised and bespoke pieces, the final wording, spelling, dates, locations and other customer-supplied details are your responsibility to check carefully before approval.
3. Prices, delivery charges and taxes.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Any applicable delivery charge and taxes will be shown or confirmed before we accept the order. If a checkout flow records an order request without taking immediate payment, the final amount, delivery charge and payment arrangements will be confirmed before the order is accepted.
If a product price is obviously incorrect because of a genuine technical or administrative error, we may contact you before accepting the order rather than supply at the incorrect price.
4. Placing an order and when the contract is formed.
Submitting an order through the site is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement that we received the request does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted. The contract is formed when we explicitly accept the order or otherwise confirm that production/fulfilment will proceed.
We may decline an order where, for example, a product is unavailable, customer-supplied content cannot reasonably be used, delivery is not available to the destination, or there is an obvious pricing error.
5. Personalised and bespoke artwork.
Personalised products are created using information you provide. Bespoke commissions may involve a separate brief, quote and approval process. Where an approval/proof stage is offered, you must check names, dates, wording, layout and other requested details before approval.
Once production of clearly personalised or made-to-specification goods has begun, the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right that normally applies to many distance sales does not apply to those goods. This does not remove your rights if goods are faulty, damaged, not as described or otherwise do not conform to the contract.
6. Customer-supplied material.
You must have the right to provide any photographs, artwork, logos, names or other material you ask us to use. You must not ask us to reproduce material in a way that infringes another person's intellectual-property, privacy or other legal rights.
We may refuse content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, abusive, infringing or unsuitable for production.
7. Intellectual property.
Unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing, Align Editions / Align Digital retains copyright and other intellectual-property rights in original artwork, templates, layouts, mockups, website content and design assets that we create. Buying a physical print does not transfer copyright in the underlying artwork.
Preview images may be watermarked and are provided for review only. They are not licensed as downloadable production artwork unless the purchased product specifically includes a digital licence.
8. Delivery.
Usually dispatched within 3–5 working days for ready-made work. Usually dispatched within 5–10 working days after artwork approval for personalised work. Bespoke timing: Timing agreed individually before work begins.
Royal Mail or another suitable UK carrier, depending on parcel size and destination. Delivery estimates are not guarantees where delays are outside our reasonable control, but we will keep you informed of material delays.

9. Cancellation, returns and refunds.
Ready-made goods bought at a distance normally have a 14-day change-of-mind cancellation period after delivery. Different rules apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised. Faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods remain covered by your statutory consumer rights.

10. Liability and your statutory rights.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, and nothing in these terms reduces your statutory rights as a consumer.
11. Governing law.
These terms are governed by the law applicable in the part of the United Kingdom in which the business is established, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
